Discover Our Flight Types

Now you’ve set your sights on your luxury holiday, it’s time to decide how you’ll get there for the ultimate holiday package. Whether you want to travel in style or take a more affordable option, we’ve got you covered. Domestic and international flights generally give travellers the option of four flight types for their travels.

Economy Class

Economy Class is the most affordable option, allowing people to travel to some of the world’s most exciting destinations at a lower cost, and is often the option chosen for short-haul flights for this reason.

Economy class flights are usually the industry standard when booking all-inclusive holiday packages at a basic rate.

Premium Economy

Premium Economy flights offer slightly more benefits than economy class options. For example, some extras you may receive in premium economy include more leg room, extra baggage and prioritised check-in and/or boarding.

Business Class

Business class is the class ranking above both economy and premium economy, and is often referred to as a premium service. To avoid perhaps crowded or slow economy cabins, many opt for business class. Benefits of business class include extra legroom, but unlike first class, does not offer your own private space.

One great benefit of flying business class is the improvement in the quality of dining which is often at restaurant-style level. This class of travel is primarily intended for business travellers, who have to frequently fly and require a slightly more luxurious experience.

First Class

The most luxurious flight type, first class is the finest flying experience. Limited in numbers and exclusive, first-class travel is characterised by features such as a private suite, fine cuisine, personal and attentive flight attendants and in-flight entertainment packages.

At a high price point, many opt for this option for long-haul flights or for a more luxurious experience, perhaps on celebratory trips such as honeymoons and anniversaries.
