Masai Mara Luxury

Day 1

Arrive Nairobi – transfer to hotel Hilton – overnight in the hotel.

Day 2 – Masai Mara

A Wildlife Safari representative will meet you after immigration and customs. Safari briefing follows and immediately after depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve where almost immediately, you are surrounded by wildlife as you game view on the vast savannah grasslands as you drive towards your safari lodge. Perched on the summit of a hill overlooking the rivers and plains below, and ideally located in the wildlife rich “Mara Triangle”, your safari lodge has been designed in the form of a traditional Masai “manyatta” or village and every room has sweeping views. There is also a swimming pool and one of the better boutiques on safari in the country. Lunch and late afternoon game viewing drive in the Masai Mara, before returning to your lodge for dinner.

Overnight – Mara Serena Lodge (B,L,D)

Day 3 & 4 – Masai Mara

Two unbelievable days of game viewing in the Masai Mara following wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, eland, topi, impala and other plains species. The big cats, lion, leopard and cheetah are found in greater concentrations than anywhere else and looking to pounce, if the opportunity arises. Herds of giraffe and elephant create a magical silhouette against the treeless savannah while hippo and crocodile happily frolic in the Mara and Talek rivers. Your Wildlife Safari guide may suggest an extended game viewing drive, travelling much further away from other vehicles and visitors, with a special picnic lunch from your safari lodge. You will enjoy a special “bush barbecue” dinner on your last night in the Masai Mara complete with a display of Masai tribal dancing.

Overnight – Mara Serena Lodge (B,L,D)

Day 5 - Departure

A final dawn game drive, followed by a very special breakfast with the hippo on the banks of the Mara River before driving back to Nairobi. Overnight at Hilton Hotel, Nairobi.

Day 6

After breakfast –transfer to Nairobi hotel for your flight home.
