One&Only Royal Mirage Palace - Dubai (OCTOBER - 2009)- Babs, Just to let you know our holiday (Royal Mirage Palace hotel) in Dubai was superb and faultless, everything was exactly as described by you when booking the holiday. After you mentioned to the hotel that it was our 35th anniversary, it was a great surprise for both of us when we were upgraded to a suite. The service was second to none, so thanks again for your excellent service in arranging a most enjoyable and memorable holiday.

One&Only Royal Mirage Palace - Dubai (SEPTEMBER - 2009)- Just to say we had a fantastic time at the Palace. The Hotel were superb re our anniversary and Annes birthday.They also gave us an upgrade to a garden suite which was absolutely huge. Got to say Bob best hotel ever service magic.

Hilton Ras al Khaimah Resort & Spa - Ras al Khaimah (SEPTEMBER)- Just thought I'd let you know we had a fantastic time and loved the Hilton Resort. It really was paradise. We were happy just spending our days at the resort and could have stayed on another fortnight. The chalet on the beach was amazing. So thanks very much and we hope to be in touch again in the future to book another trip!

Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah - Fujairah (AUGUST)- To Value Added Travel, I have just booked another trip with you. I wish to inform you of the excellent customer service which I received from Bobby Babs. He is conscientious and always goes the extra mile to make sure that the customer is satisfied. It is because of this that I have recently returned to you as a tour operator, and have recommended your company to friends and colleagues.
Price is a priority when booking a trip and deciding who to book with. However in this day and age when many tour operators are going under, it is so important to receive this excellent service which was provided by Bobby.
