Holidays to Dubai (JUN - 2010)
- I just wanted to say a big thank you for sorting our holiday to Dubai/Abu Dhabi; the whole family had a brilliant time! In fact my husband and I enjoyed the one and only residence and spa so much we are looking at the possibility of going again In October! I have seen that the free half board offer is on then and I was wondering if you could price up the following when you have chance. Departing either 22nd or 23rd oct from Birmingham on the evening flight. 2 persons for 7 nights.

Holiday in Sri Lanka (MAY - 2010)

Further to our recent holiday in Dubai, I am writing to thank you once again for all your time and help in sorting out the accommodation whilst we were stranded due to the "volcanic ash" delay.
We were extremely impressed with the speedy and efficient manner in which you handled our reservations - we appreciate the extra time you took to get us our extended stay when requested.
We were also delighted with the way you handled our concerns over the accommodation in Fujairah or Main Dubai.
Once again, may I thank you for the calm and courteous manner with which you dealt with our many requests - buying a holiday over the internet is always a leap of faith, more so when you have no relationship with the holiday company selling the holiday, but your help and understanding made the whole process as painless as possible and Wendy, Olivia & I were absolutely delighted with the whole package and would certainly recommend you to others (and use you again)

Marriott Dubai Harbour Hotel & Suites (FEBRUARY - 2010)- Had to let you know what a wonderful holiday we had in Dubai. Flights and transfers were great. Marriott Hotel was fabulous the suite was enormous and wonderful for the children rather than being cramped in one room. Staff couldn't do enough for us.
Luckily I printed off your email saying we could use beach and facilities at Royal Meridian as they said this deal had finished as the hotel had been taken over by Marriott. But when I showed them your email it was fine and we went every day in transport provided by the hotel. Fabulous as we got to meet John Terry there and my 11 yr old son had a game of football with him!!

One&Only Royal Mirage - Dubai (January - 2010)- Hi Ian, Just thought I would let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Dubai that you organised for us. Not sure about Emirates business class though. They were OK on the way out but not as good coming back. However, Gatwick is handy for us
