Hi Yasin, I just wanted to e-mail to say thank you to you for organising our recent trip to Abu Dhabi. The Emirates Palace hotel was everything and more than we had hoped for and the Etihad flights were faultless. OMG!! Absolutely fantastic time. The Al Qsar was out of this world. Amazing service , rooms and food. They even cleaned our sunglasses by the pool!
The Hilton Double Tree was a slightly lower standard but rooms were lovely and food was amazing. The a la carte all inclusive deal was great value and I have never been so full in my life.

We just wanted to let you know that we had a super time in Abu Dhabi, and that the Shangri-La hotel lived up to the expectations that you set. The management and staff were fantastic and the standard of service impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our wedding anniversary a very memorable occasion.
All the hotel facilities were super and restaurants delightful, serving a huge range of cuisine, needless to say, we were spoilt for choice. As for our room it's one of the best we have stayed in. The layout and facilities were superb and they seemed to have thought of everything to ensure optimum comfort.
So, we would both like to thank you very much for suggesting we consider the Shangri-La and hope that your future recommendations meet the standard that you have now set. Thanks again.

Dear Tony, Adam and I returned from holiday last night and I wanted to write to thank you for all of your help. I know it is easy for people to complain but few write to praise - I prefer to praise!!
The holiday was fantastic and everything we could have asked for. The transfers were seemless and totally stress free. The hotel did listen to all of your requests, we did receive a room upgrade and the ultra all inclusive (though am not sure what the differences were between the two packages!)
We also received a cake for both my birthday and our anniversary!
Everything you asked for was delivered, for which I can only thank you. We will have no hesitation to book with yourselves again and would gladly recommend your company to others. All I can say is thank you from both of us for making our holiday a really fantastic experience. The only downside was that Emirates did not live up to their reputation but that is no reflection upon yourselves obviously. We will be looking to book a trip to New York for April next year, if this is somewhere you cover, please let me know and when We are ready to book, I will gladly call you first.

Hi Sol, The Atmosphere Maldives was a wonderful experience. The resort was very good with the staff being totally customer focused. They assisted us when Gill had her birthday on 19 September and made special arrangements to dine on the beach for our anniversary. I would most definitely recommend this resort. The Jetwing in Sri-Lanka was very good to but a different experience. Good standard hotel with excellent food and service. Palm tree Court in Dubai was superb. We dinned in a different Resturant every night. The business class flights with Emirates ticked all the boxes.
In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our break and will recommend you and your company in the future.

Hi Gabriella, Hope you are well? We are back off our holiday now unfortunately, back to this dreary horrible weather. Anyway, just to let you know we had a lovely time overall. Our check in didn't start us off too well as we thought being in a gold room we would have express check in, but we were still waiting for a room at 1.30!! As you can imagine we were getting a bit tired and ratty by then and really just wanted a shower and lie down. I suppose the upside to it was though we got a seaview room in the end which we know was a much better view than if we'd had the original. They didn't know anything about it being a special occasion for my 50th birthday though when my husband asked, but I got a cake and some bubbly sent to the room and all the staff in the gold room were very nice to me on the evening, it was they who made our stay as they are only too willing to please. Didn't want to come home, but wouldn't actually go back to that particular hotel again.
Thank you for all your assistance in booking it for us. Look forward to speaking to you again in the future.

Hi Natasha We arrived back from our 10 night holiday on Saturday. The hotel was everything we could have wished for, truly 5 star in all areas. The rooms were huge and beautifully appointed, the service and variety and quality of food in the restaurants was very, very good, and the pools, grounds and all public areas were maintained to a very high standard. Service by everybody, from the front desk to housekeeping and poolside attendants was exemplary, nothing was too much trouble.
Your arrangements for our stay went like clockwork, our transfers were on time each way and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a sea and pool view suite, wow, so many thanks for your help in putting together a very memorable and happy holiday.

Hi Joey, We have just returned from our holiday in Ras al Khaimah which you kindly arranged for us. Thank you very much for all your help in organising an amazing trip as it couldn’t have gone any better. I would highly recommend The Doubletree Hilton on Marjan Island as a beach holiday, even though there is still ongoing work it did not spoil our holiday at all as the work was done quietly and unobtrusively.
As there were five of us we hired a private taxi at the hotel to go into Dubai for one day to see the sights. Our driver, Karam, was fantastic and we would definitely recommend him. He was very informative, witty and an excellent guide who, we think, went above and beyond in trying to show us everything. I would also like to mention Cary (the senior concierge) who spent a long time helping my daughter, who wanted to go horse riding in the desert, ensuring he arranged the best ride available for her. He arranged a desert ride at the Banyan Tree Al Wadi which she thought was amazing and would highly recommend.
As a couple in our sixties we have vacationed all over the world and always used our local travel agent but you have made our first foray into the internet holiday market very easy and I will definitely recommend you and your company. We are looking forward to our next holiday and will definitely use you and your company.

Hi Gabriella, Our honeymoon was amazing!!!! Out of this world!!! From the moment we got on plane to the moment we arrived back in Manchester it was complete luxury. It was the first time we had flown with Emirates, so we really enjoyed the free drinks, meals & onboard entertainment. When we arrived at Dubai & cleared customs our Driver was already there to waiting for us and he took us straight the hotel, he was really friendly and pointing out all the local landmarks and local information we needed to know along with great ideas of places for us to visit.
Our room was absolutely breath taking, I didn’t want to leave. The baths are huge and all the facilities in the room were to a very high standard, very clean and we loved the turn down service too. We were treated like royalty by all members of staff, we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble.
Martin is a very fussy eater so we were very happy when we realised that we were able to eat in the all the Jumeirah hotel restaurants as part of our half board. We would highly recommend the Toscana Italian and Dhow & Anchor British Pub restaurants.
I cannot praise the hotel & staff enough, If it hadn’t been for the children being at home I would have stayed there!! We were thrilled that we had all that at the fantastic price you gave us.
We loved it that much we want to go again next year with the children

Hi Natasha, We had a wonderful holiday last week in Dubai, even though it was extremely hot!!!!! The hotel was amazing and the staff could not do enough for you. We had fantastic food at the different restaurants and they even brought us a cake for Priya’s birthday. It was just a shame that we did not get to use the beach as much as we would have liked but will definitely go back to Dubai when its much cooler!!!

The hotel was even better than I imagined! The Imperial Club was a lovely added extra and the half board food option was definitely well worth the money. Every restaurant was amazing and I was surprised at the extensive list of restaurants we could eat at.
Atlantis was obviously more expensive than the other hotels we looked at, but with the half board and imperial club included I think we actually saved money rather than having to pay to eat out every day.
Thanks again, I'll definitely be in touch for my next trip to Dubai

We would like to look at another trip soon, for April/May time next year as we have some time in Cyprus already booked this summer.
We really enjoyed the Evason/Six Senses brand, so were looking briefly at their places in Thailand (Yao Noi) or Vietnam (Con Dao or Ana Mandara). We also really liked the look of the Anampulo place featured on your website.

We have recently returned from 8 nights holiday at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. As you approach the grand entrance of the hotel you are met by friendly courteous staff ( especially Patrick! ) who went out of his way to meet with any request we had.
Once in the hotel we were checked in quickly and efficiently and were offered drinks and traditional sweets. Our luggage was taken to our room ( a family room as we were travelling with our daughters aged 12 and 8) these met with our expectations being spacious and clean. Plenty of wardrobe space. The housekeeping were friendly and it was good to have a turn back service in the evening.
The hotel had only just opened so not all restaurants were up and running but the ones that were open were exceptional. I would like to mention that Dora the Italian restaurant manager was very professional and my kids loved her! She knows exactly how she wants her restaurant run and I,m sure it will be a success. She went out of her way to meet our requests even coming to say goodbye in reception on the day of our departure.
The kids loved teens republic with the staff being full of energy and enthusiasm. We also visited the local water park called Iceland which is only about a 10min drive away which was fantastic on par with wild wadi and the Atlantis but without the crowds!
The pools were exceptionally warm and inviting, the sun beds comfortable and the staff always on hand to order drinks and food.
Plenty of sun beds on the beach. We loved the pods at the sea&see bar where you could enjoy a cocktail or soft drink and chill.
The spa was incredible as was the gym and exercise classes they offered to guests all inclusive. Overall the staff were a credit to the hotel and although there were a few teething problems as you expect with openings of new hotels these were sorted quickly and efficiently and always with a smile. This hotel is a great place to visit with the family, there is always something to do, or for guests that are looking for something a little different from the run of the mill Dubai hotels to which we have visited many over the years. Great value for money and only 45 minutes from Dubai Airport.
We booked our holiday through Matt at Value Added Travel who we have used for a number of years now and will continue to do so as they never fail to disappoint our needs. They are very knowledgeable on the resorts normally having visited many themselves which is a great help as they always have the answers to any questions you may have.

Sifawy Boutique Hotel Oman
Hi Aaron, Just to let you know, I had a great holiday in muscat. The Sifawy hotel was excellent, however it was very far from the centre of Muscat and the taxis were expensive. The positive points are that the sifawy hotel has a very quiet private beach, and some days I had it all to myself. The service from the staff was excellent, and the room was extremely clean with a superb modern bathroom. I would stay there again for the peace and quiet.

Dear Sol, Just writing to thank you for arranging a great holiday for us that exceeded all expectations. Everything was arranged perfectly and as promised. Although there was one unexpected but very pleasant surprise which was the free internet in our room requested by you which I wasn't expecting at all and was very appreciated by our kids.
The hotel room was perfect for our family of 5, very spacious and came with a kitchenette!! And a very handy washing machine.
The breakfast buffet was brilliant and hotel staff very helpful. The hotel generally has a very friendly atmosphere and very welcoming even with our 3 unruly boys. So thank you again and we will definitely be contacting you again when it's time to book another holiday.
