Dear Aaron, We're now back ( sadly ) after a wonderful time in Muscat , and of course loved being in the Al Bustan . Thanks so much for all your work in arranging it - everything went absolutely according to plan ( and we decided that we liked the rooms after my initial dismay! ).
The only comfort in being back is the thought that we will plan to go again next year so whenever rates become available could we be in contact ? The price difference which is a consequence of going at end September is significant and given that the weather is perfectly bearable ( but certainly hot !) we would like to try again for a last week in September 2014 scenario - this time for 9 rather than 8 nights so that we leave on a Monday not a Sunday . Fairmont The Palm Dubai
Hi Matt, Thank you for your email. The holiday was superb as ever. The Fairmont was lovely. We arrived at about 2am and weren't told that we had been upgraded to Fairmont Gold - only that we had a partial sea view. The view was okay but not the best. I was hoping for a view of Jumeirah Beach and the marina, but that said it was infinitely better than a palm view which would have been of the main road on the palm (as I suspected). The room was lovely. The beds were the best beds I have ever slept on and since I returned home I have been trying to source the exact same mattress as we had the best night's sleep ever. Fairmont Gold was brilliant. Free soft drinks all day and alcoholic drinks between 6-8pm - well worth it. However, the over-riding memory of that holiday will be the staff. They were simply superb. I have never felt so looked after and every need was attended to.
All in all a fantastic holiday, a lovely hotel, well situated, fantastic staff, beautiful and clean and very very well kept grounds. Staff couldn't do enough for you. I even spoke to the gym manager who was called Phil from Birmingham and he went out of his way to help me as I needed to do a 10 mile run on the treadmill as part of my Great North Run training. He made sure the gym was as cool as he could make it, gave me cold wet towels to keep me as cool as possible in the long run, checked on me whilst I was on the treadmill, gave me about 10 bottles of water the day before so I could fully hydrate and the congratulated me after the 10 mile run when I managed to achieve the distance.
Thank you so much for your assistance in booking this. Our friends also had a lovely honeymoon at the Sofitel. My sister is looking to go to dubai next year with her family and I will be recommending you to her. I have also given your email address to another friend Brent Ganley, who is looking to book for xmas/new year time this year for his family.

Hi Sonia, After all your patience with my questions etc. before the holiday, I thought it only fair to let you know how it went. It was wonderful!!
The hotel was fabulous and the room renovations really don’t affect guests. The staff were probably the most genuinely happy to help that I have ever experienced.
The ‘all inclusive,’ is a bit strange until you get your head around it and we were a bit upset that the restaurant my grandchildren had looked at so much on the internet was actually closed until September, but once we settled in it didn’t matter so much. The food is very good and we ate well.
The vehicle for our arrival transfer was a 7 seater, but 2 seats had to be folded down for luggage which meant my daughter and youngest grandchild had to share a seat and seatbelt from the airport to the hotel. Not ideal when its early hours of the morning and everyone is tired. Fortunately our return transfer was in a minibus which allowed us all our own seat and seatbelt. The transfers took 2 hours and I can’t imagine how the tales that the new road has halved this time can be true. The hotel made the transfer time worth it though and finances allowing, we will return!

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel was truly a 5 Star Hotel
Hi Louis, just wanted to Thank you for all you hard work in finding me and Tariq a Great Holiday. As you know we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and Zabeel Saray hotel was truly a 5 Star Hotel. The Staff were more than helpful and made us feel special. We indulged in the worlds best Spa and Tariq had the full works - Coffee peel Hammam, deep body Tissue massage and a 60 minute Facial. He looked fabulous. We ate at number of restaurants some great some not so much. Just one downside on going to a man made beach it wasn't as fine as the one in Jumeriah. Tariq is desperate to go on another holiday so I will probably be calling you soon and will definitely be recommending value added and you to all my family and friends.
In fact my cousin is going on holiday next week with Value Added on our recommendation. Once again Thanks Louis.

Sonia, Everything was absolutely fantastic. Your recommendation was really appreciated and we will definitely be in touch for future holiday ideas. If you remember we were originally planning to go to Atlantis the Palm and you mentioned the One and Only Palace, after visiting the palm and seeng how busy it was, hearing the noise from what seemed like thousands of screaming kids, you certainly made the perfect choice for us Sonia.

Hi Sonia, We had a fantastic time in Dubai, from landing at Dubai airport to leaving 10 days later everything was perfect.
The Ritz Carlton Club room and bedrooms were fantastic.All the staff at the hotel were very polite and courteous, every request that we made was no problem for them to carry out.(special mention for the club staff)
The only problem was we had to come home!!!!!!!!

Hi Jake, We have just returned from a wonderful holiday and our executive suite was great (facing the gate) and I also the extra bed free of charge!
Just wanted to thank you for this booking and all our requirements were met. We have praised the quality of this hotel to our family and trying to get my brother to book it for his 60th in a couple of years but I will definitely return. All the restaurants - food and drink - were way above the standard of any holiday we have stayed at and it includes Mauritius - that says something!

Dear Sonia, Thank you for your e-mail welcoming us back, pity about the rain when we arrived back. I must say that your service was excellent, Emirate airlines are something special, both there and back was excellent, I will now get onto the hotel:-
It was far better than we imagined, from the moment we arrived (which was quite early in the morning) we were given a complimentary breakfast, they let us into our room early, they upgraded us, the food was excellent, there was complimentary golf, complimentary massage, complimentary boat trip with dinner (however, we felt that the alcohol was very expensive on the boat) and the bus that took us to the venue at the Creek in Dubai did not turn up to pick us up and as we were the only ones from the hotel that had been on the boat, after 15 minutes we took a cab back to the hotel and within 5 minutes they agreed to pay for the taxi, after I explained what had happened which was great service. We were impressed with the grounds, the service and the room, nothing could be faulted and in our view great value for money, we will definitely go back their next year and as we have already said, your service to us was also excellent, to which we say a big THANK YOU.

Hi Sonia, we had a great time thanks, everything went very smoothly from flights, transfers and hotel. What a hotel, although a bit out of the city - which we were well aware of, access to the metro was a 5 minute walk so we had no problem with it at all.
The Ibn Batutta Hotel itself was excellent. The atmosphere, public spaces and rooms were very good. The staff were excellent and the food exceptional.
The AI option included access to all 4 restaurants with no restriction on menu choice. The drink list was a little restrictive but otherwise we had a great time.
I think what also made the stay so enjoyable was the 4 days we spent relaxing at the Oceana between our sightseeing days. Once again the pool, beach, sun terraces and bar were great. They were v clean and well presented, I think without this facility we may have struggled around the pool at the IBN, as although the pool there is adequate you couldn't really spend the whole day there.
Thanks for your help on arranging our holiday. I know my friends are keen to go back with their own family some time. As for ourselves we have been twice now, but would go back for a shorter break on a similar deal at the IBM.
Keep us updated, we have a week booked for the first week in July if you have any good deals forthcoming.

My family loved the few days at the Atlantis. Everything worked well. Gulf Circle Tours were excellent. For example, they double confirmed the taxi time to the airport for the flight back. Atlantis rooms were interconnecting and we had sea views.

Grand Millennium Dubai - The holiday was great
Hi Sonia, The holiday was great, no make that fantastic. The seats on the plane were very good, the additional space was really appreciated. The courtesy pick up from the airport and back to the airport were right on time and very friendly.
The Hotel accomodation was outstanding with a huge ensuite room for us, another bedroom, en suite and with two single beds for the kids, a massive lounge area, seperate kitchen area and even another wc. We were on the 15th floor so had a good view. The facilities at the hotel were very good and the staff couldnt do enough for us. We couldnt get into the room on our arrival at 9 o clock,which was the only issue we had. After traveling through the night we were all pretty tired, and being able to get into the room on arrival would have been good so we could rest. The hotel did however give us breakfast and refreshments while we waited, and we were in our room by 1 o clocl.
A slight delay on our return journey did nothing to take the gloss off the holiday.
So thanks for making the arrangements, and I will certainly be looking at booking future holidays through your company.
