Just a quickie to say we had a fantastic time at Komandoo in the Maldives .... probably the best island we have stayed at & one we would definately return to. They did upgrade us to a jacuzzi beach villa upon arrival, also putting us on the sunrise side of the island (apparently the nicer side of the island but we would have been happy on either!).
So thank you for your help in booking the holiday & we will be in touch for our next trip.

What a hotel, although a bit out of the city - which we were well aware of, access to the metro was a 5 minute walk so we had no problem with it at all.
The Ibn Batutta Hotel itself was excellent. The atmosphere, public spaces and rooms were very good. The staff were excellent and the food exceptional.
The AI option included access to all 4 restaurants with no restriction on menu choice. The drink list was a little restrictive but otherwise we had a great time.
I think what also made the stay so enjoyable was the 4 days we spent relaxing at the Oceana between our sightseeing days. Once again the pool, beach, sun terraces and bar were great. They were v clean and well presented, I think without this facility we may have struggled around the pool at the IBN, as although the pool there is adequate you couldn't really spend the whole day there.
Thanks for your help on arranging our holiday. I know my friends are keen to go back with their own family some time. As for ourselves we have been twice now, but would go back for a shorter break on a similar deal at the IBM.

Another super trip!
My family loved the few days at the Atlantis. Everything worked well. Gulf Circle Tours were excellent. For example, they double confirmed the taxi time to the airport for the flight back. Atlantis rooms were interconnecting and we had sea views.

The seats on the plane were very good, the additional space was really appreciated.
The courtesy pick up from the airport and back to the airport were right on time and very friendly.
The Hotel accomodation was outstanding with a huge ensuite room for us, another bedroom, en suite and with two single beds for the kids, a massive lounge area, seperate kitchen area and even another wc. We were on the 15th floor so had a good view.
The facilities at the hotel were very good and the staff couldnt do enough for us.
We couldnt get into the room on our arrival at 9 o clock,which was the only issue we had. After traveling through the night we were all pretty tired, and being able to get into the room on arrival would have been good so we could rest.
The hotel did however give us breakfast and refreshments while we waited, and we were in our room by 1 o clocl.
A slight delay on our return journey did nothing to take the gloss off the holiday.
So thanks for making the arrangements, and I will certainly be looking at booking future holidays through your company.

Our lovely holiday in Abu Dhabi seems a long time ago now but it was fabulous! Everything went smoothly - the flights with Etihad were excellent and the outbound flight was only half full so we had 4 seats between 2 of us which was an unexpected bonus. Our transfers to and from the airport were all on time and very professional.
The Hilton Abu Dhabi was superb. Not sure if you are aware but it is the oldest hotel in Abu Dhabi ( from the early 70's) and is now surrounded by very new and tall buildings, but for us that makes it special.
The staff were exceptional and really went out of their way to help. The Hilton Beach Club over the road is a gem as apart from Fri & Sat when the local members are there it is quiet and felt like you were at a private club.
Overall we were delighted with our trip and will definitely go back in a few years as they are doing a lot of development on the cultural side with lots of new attractions due to open in future so will be nice to see how it all pans out.
Thank you for sorting it all out for us and will no doubt be in touch again - we are thinking of USA - possibly Texas next year so will need to look at flights etc at some point! Kind regards and Happy New Year.

On arrival we were upgraded to A Pearl Room with Pool and part see view. The staff could not do enough for you , the Butler Service and the the cleanliness of our room was fantastic. Also the dinning room and waiter service was great. Lots of choices of food, but also we were asked most evenings if they could cook us anything different as to what was on the buffet, so quite often we ordered something grilled .The Hotel is vast, but fantastic I was offered as I'm not very mobile,a scooter to ride around in for the Whole Holiday it was great, I was able to keep the scooter outside of my room each evening , as we asked to be accommodated in the East Wing of the Hotel a little further from the Buffet Restaurant. The only small problem we had was the hotel informed us as to they had no clarification as to who was transporting us back to the Airport on departing ,as they wanted to know our departure time from the Hotel, so concierge were very helpful and made several phone calls and faxes to the contact you had supplied and I must say everything worked like clockwork.

Lots of guests at the hotel had not heard if your company and were impressed with our deal . The only problem was with the return transfer which concierge could not get hold of and they didn't show . The hotel - One & Only Arabian Court was as you explained a wonderful luxury hotel - great location, tasteful rooms, beautiful surroundings, delightful pool and delicious food. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and a great place for our teenage girls. They really looked after us on our anniversary leaving us beautiful flowers, chocoate heart and a picture frame gift! We found it just as good as the villas at the Madinat Jumeriah but in a different kind of way.
Many thanks once again for all your advice and help. We would like to try Abu Dhabi next time for a change hopefully in February half term, so please let us know if you get any good deals before then.

Both Di and I would like to thank you for helping us book our holiday and also for the upgrade that we received at Kuredu Island. We both really enjoyed ourselves and especially Di on her birthday when she was treated to her bed being decorated with flowers and a special dinner and cake in the restuarant.
We have been to the maldives 4 times now and have never returned to the same island but would definitely go back to Kuredu. Nothing was too much trouble, the Jacuzzi Villa's are amazing and wearing no shoes for 10 days was fabulous. Dubai was very luxurious, hot and a worthwhile experience.

So I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help in arranging our holiday of a life time that we will never forget ! I passed your details onto other holiday makers that sadly paid way to much for there trip and I highly recommend that half board must be taken as we counted it would have been an extra £5000 in food alone costs for the ten days that we were there so thanks again for that , so to finish if we ever decide to return to Dubai in the future I will look no further than Value added travel thanks again Sonia

Thanks mainly to your excellent organisation of our holiday. The Hotel was really lovely and perfect for us. I think I told you that I worked as a Hotel Management Training Consultant in Dubai so I know the Hotels fairly well although never been to JA Palm Tree Court before. I think some of the Hotels are pricing themselves out of the market but The Palm Tree Court is just perfect. We did not find it too far out and although we went into central Dubai it was lovely to come out again away from all the hustle of Jumeirah and central Dubai.
The food, the staff and cleanliness of the hotel were second to none. We were treated like Royalty. On our friends Wedding Anniversary we both received a lovely Chocolate Cake, which I am sure you arranged so a BIG Thank You.
The Hotel let us stay on the last day until our departure at 21:45 even allowing us to keep our rooms and use our All Inclusive Package.
We cannot wait to go back so PLEASE let me know if there are any good deals going for later in the year or early next year.
Thought that you might like to know a little about the construction. The first thing to say is that at the moment you really are not disturbed at all. The main work starts on June 1st and I think there will be a few issues then. They are building a new pool on the beach by the Palm Tree Court and also expanding the Asian Restaurant ( which will be closing) They are also continuing with the Room expansion and doing other work in the Jebel Ali. They are offering Hotel credits for the Spa etc over this time and expecting it to finish in October.
Our friends are hoping to go back next year with their family of 2 Adults and 2 Children (aged 17 and 14) also their Daughter and Boyfriend and another family with Children about the same ages. She will be in touch with you and I will give her all your details. So once again thank you so much Sonia and we will call you as soon as we are ready to book our next holiday.

We upgraded to business class on return - a bit more expensive than your charges but
it was worth it. Went to Dubai Classic golf and Meydan races. Bot fab.
All in all a great experience and we will definitely go back and with yourselves.

Feeling fully refreshed after a quick nap this morning following the overnight flight from Abu Dhabi. Great idea of yours to do it that way. Thanks. The whole trip was brilliant and everything ran like clockwork. Flights and hotel check-in worked like a dream with the e-tickets and vouchers. Everyone had a great time. There was something for all to do. We were blessed with fantastic weather throughout ( 25 - 30s C). Etihad flights and service really good although being a Man United fan I wasn't over happy about the return flight which was on the Blue Moon Rising A330 painted in the City colours !
The Fairmont hotel was unbelievable ! Ultra modern decor, lots of marble and glass with a REAL wow factor. The service was exceptional in all respects and the staff, who were so friendly, could not do enough for us. Dining in the Cuisine restaurant was fantastic with a range of choices on the buffet to suit everyone. This WAS a true 5 star experience. If you have other clients wishing to use the Fairmont tell them to enrol in the Fairmont Presidents Club prior to arrival, it will get them free wi-fi during their stay and possible discounts on golf at the AD Golf Club. Matthew and I played the course and that too was memorable.
Oh yes the cricket. Matthew went to both the ODIs and saw the skipper get a ton both games. We all went on Wednesday. Great result, great fun with the Pakistan fans adding to the atmosphere. Once we'd posted a score then the bowlers did their stuff. 3 of the TMS crew staying at the Fairmont ( Agnew, Mann and Simon Hughes who happily chatted away ).Taxis dead cheap. 15 minutes to the cricket ground. 10 minutes to the golf club.
Thanks again for all your help in putting the trip together. We all had a superb time.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The hotel was really beautiful and all the staff were so friendly. Our bedroom was perfect for the four of us and everything was so clean and polished. The waterpark, Aquaventure, was brilliant and having that included in our stay really made the holiday perfect. We also enjoyed swimming with dolphins and feeding sting rays. The half-board deal was a real bonus, we mainly ate at the buffet restaurant Kaleidoscope - where the selection and quality of food was unbelievable! I think we might have struggled financially if we hadn't had the half board deal! Our two children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and are begging to go back again - either to Dubai or to the Bahamas! I think I had better start saving up again. If we do decide to go back to Atlantis I will definitely contact you to help with the arrangements again.

Hi Bobby, Just back from a fanatastic holiday at the Ras Al Khaimah, could not fault it. The accomodation was great, food lovely, everywhere is spotlessly clean, staff superb, everybody enjoyed it. Some of the party will be ringing you (Debbie Cooke or Karen Loy), they are looking to go again in October half term with their families, that would be 11 people at the very least so I am going to give them your number. Karen Loy usually goes on holiday with her large family, usually about 17 of them so that would be a great booking for you.
